Viewing Folders and Messages

You can view and manage folders in the Email folder list on the left side of the page. After you open a folder, messages are displayed on the right side of the page.

To view folders and messages in the Email folder list:

• Click a folder in the Email folder list to view messages that are in the folder. The messages in the selected folder display on the right side of the page in the message list.
• Click a message in the message list to view the message.
• If a folder includes sub-folders, a + is displayed to the left of the folder. Click the + to expand the folder view and select sub-folders.
• Click the - (minus sign) next to a folder to collapse the folder view. Click the + (plus sign) next to a folder to expand its view.
